Use the Triple S method to complete your test
Set up
Unpack your kit, check the expiration date, and follow the instructions inside.
Scrape a sample
Collect and scrape a stool sample, fill its container with the preservative, and seal tightly.
Ship back
Use the prepaid label, and drop off or schedule a UPS® pickup. Once our lab receives your kit, your test results will be available within 8 to 10 days.

Understanding your Cologuard Plus test results
Test results are typically sent to your provider within 8 to 10 days. You can also view them in your account. Take a deeper dive into what a positive or negative result means and what steps to take.
3 is the magic number for screening
According to the American Cancer Society, if it’s been three years since your last negative Cologuard test result, it’s time to screen again.1

Your Cologuard Plus kit expires one year from the date of the order. Because timely screening is important to your health, we suggest collecting your sample as soon as you receive it.
Also, check the Cologuard Plus box for the expiration date. If that date has passed, or you have other questions, call Customer Care at 1-844-870-8870. We can help you get a new kit at no additional cost.
